ACD’s flush panel solid core doors are constructed with a 35mm internal KDHW perimeter frame with a particleboard (infill) core. The solid infill within these doors is a light weight construction, making it a perfect option when a solid core door is required, without the concern of the overall weight of the door.
Standard thicknesses available – 38mm, 40mm, 43mm and 45mm.
Notes:
- MDF - standard thicknesses available 4mm, 4.75mm, 6mm, 9mm & 12mm
- PLY – standard thicknesses available 3.6mm, 6mm and 9mm
- Variety of Veneers – both natural and man-made
- Masonite & Duracote (Pre-primed Masonite)
