RHS - Internal Frame Doors
ACD can manufacture oversized doors with an RHS internal steel frame fitted within the door, to assist with strengthening the door. ACD encompass the RHS frame with a 120mm KDHW perimeter frame providing a standard margin for hardware installation, therefore not compromising the doors structural integrity.
Oversized doors can be manufactured with a semi solid or solid core construction, however ACD recommend using a semi solid construction due to the weight of the large doors.
Notes:
- MDF – 6mm standard
- PLY – 6mm standard (Above 2400 x 1200 will be special order or the door will have joins in the face)
- Variety of Veneers
