ACD’s flush panel semi solid doors consists of a KDHW internal frame which comes standard with 100mm top rail (to accommodate closer), 35mm stiles and bottom rail, and 2 No. lock blocks, allowing you to hang the door from either side. These doors have a Formacell Honeycomb core which gives the door strength, whilst remaining extremely light weight in comparison to a solid core door.
Standard thicknesses available – 38mm, 40mm, 43mm and 45mm.
Other thicknesses available upon request
Notes:
- MDF - standard thicknesses available 4mm, 4.75mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm
- PLY – standard thicknesses available 3.6mm, 6mm and 9mm
- Variety of Veneers – both natural and man-made, reconstituted veneers
- Masonite & Duracote (Pre-primed Masonite)
