Timber Frames - Fire and Non rated

Timber fire rated frames can be manufactured to suit 1 hour FRL ratings. Frames come with a pre installed paintable intumescent hot smoke seal. 

Pairs of doors have a maximum overall size of 2165 x 1100/1100 or 2420 x 1020/1020 or 2200 x 1120/1120. Sizes above these will requre pressed metal frames for certification. 

Timber Fire rated frames can be manufactured to a variety of wall thicknesses, and are supplied unassembled with loose stops.
