Fire Rated Pressed Metal Door Frame

Frames are manufactured as a standard 1.4 - 1.6mm Zincanneal for fire rated frames and custom profiles and thicknesses are available on request.

Various fixings are available to suit different wall types and building in requirements ie. Timber stud, metal stud, block and precast.

Fire rated Frames are certified to suit FRL ratings of fire doors. Backgrouting to Fire rated frames is required above 2 Hour FRL rating and walls with speedpanel. Please contact the office for further clarification.
